Whiti Te Rā Ōtaki have highlighted their premiership credentials, handing the previously undefeated Porirua Vikings a 32 – 0 loss at Otaki Domain in Round Six of the Wellington Premier One competition.

The top of the table clash between two of the competition favourites turned into a one side affair as the home team ran out six tries to nill.

In the other matches played, the Randwick Kingfishers recorded their second win of the season, defeating the Petone Panthers 38 – 16, whilst the Wainuiomata Lions upset the St George Dragons 36 – 12.

Meanwhile in the Wahine Premiership, the Porirua Valkeryie, St George Dragons and Petone Panthers all recorded wins in the second round of the Women’s competition.
