The Penrith Panthers have continued their undefeated start to the 2021 Knock-On Effect NSW Cup following a dominant performance 32 – 6 victory over the Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles at Brookvale Oval.

After a tight first half, where only Izack Tago and Billy Tsikrikas scored for the Panthers, the Sea Eagles showed some promise early in the second half when prop Jordin Leiu scored to make the scores 10 – 6, before the visitors ran away with the game with 22-unanswered points.

In other matches played over the weekend in Round Four of the competition, the South Sydney Rabbitohs were too strong for the Canterbury Bulldogs affiliated Mounties club, winning 24 – 22 at Aubrey Keech Reserve whilst at Belconnen Oval in Canberra, the Raiders put on a dominant display against Newtown, winning 60 – 20.

Newcastle got their first win of the season, defeating the St George-Illawarra Dragons at Hunter Stadium, whilst the Western Suburbs Magpies recorded back-to-back wins to move to third on the ladder after defeating the Parramatta Eels.
