The Banz Ngalye will face the Kindeng Storm this Saturday in the Jiwaka Governor’s Cup Grand Final after successfully defeating the Minj Jets in Wednesday’s Preliminary Final.

Goal kicking was the difference between the two teams, with the North Waghi based Banz Ngalye defeating the Jets 11 – 8 at Jonah Amban Oval.

The Ngalye will now face Kindeng in Saturday’s Grand Final, hoping to reverse the 10 – 0 loss they suffered to the same team last week in the Major Semi Final.

The Minj Jets will play the Masa Bee Eels in the Third Place Play-Off.
