The Remendadas Rugby League team has won the 2019 Campeonato Brasileiro de Rugby League 9s Feminino held in Sao Paulo after progressing through the round-robin competition undefeated.
The four team competition featured teams from Rio de Janeiro (Warriors), Sao Paulo (Remendadas), São Lourenço and Sao Jose dos Pinhais (Artemis Uratau) who each played each other in the round-robin competition to declare the eventual winners.
The Remendadas club was the only team to progress undefeated, recording strong wins against São Lourenço, Rio Warriors and Artemis Urutau to claim the silverware.
