The Rabual Gurias, Lae Tigers and Waghi Tumbe share top spot in the 2019 Papua New Guinea National Rugby League competition, the Digicel Cup, as the only undefeated teams left after four rounds.
The 2016 & 2017 Digicel Cup champions, the Lae Tigers, continued their strong start to the season with a convincing 28 – 4 win over the Port Moresby Vipers at the National Football Stadium, whilst the Gurias defeated the Muruks 16 – 4 in Mendi.
Competition newcomers, the Central Dabaris, continued their impressive debut season recording their third win of the season after defeating the Goroka Lahanis.
