Interest in the 2017 NRL WA Harmony Nines continues to grow at an rapid rate with 36 teams committing to the event in February.

Running over three days in Perth, the Harmony Nines are designed to ‘Celebrating Culture & Diversity through Rugby League by bringing all our Communities Together’ and is inspired by the highly successful Harmony Cup concept run in Sydney each year.

The event will see teams representing a range of cultural backgrounds from across Western Australia.

Some of the teams taking part in the event include Great Britain, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Cook Islands, Tokelau, Indigenous and players from WA’s North West.

The event will run from Friday, February 24 until Sunday February 26.
