The Tongan National Rugby League has today named its Residents Mate Ma’a Tonga squad for the upcoming Ohana Cup clash against Samoa in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The 18 man squad has been drawn from nine different clubs across the Island nation, with the Dove club from Vaini in Tongatapu contributing the largest number with six representatives.

The Mate Ma’a Tonga team will leave Tonga in early August and play a warm up International against a Fiji Bati Residents side in Suva before heading to Hawaii for the Ohana Cup.
