Rugby League’s return to Argentina kicked off in style with the clash between the Mustangs and Boars drawing a crowd of over 1,000 fans in the coastal town of Miramar.
The match, played as a curtain raiser to the local Soccer Semi Finals, saw the two teams play an exhibition sevens game, highlighting the skill and running nature of Rugby League to the local community.
The strong display caught the imagination of the crowd, with the two teams invited back to play a second exhibition game before the Defensorer de Miramar Soccer Grand Finals.
